Second day of Chinese New Year~
Don't like today as all the other past years.
The second day means bored-ness.
OK, it's mean to say this, but we have nothing much in common with papa's side. So visiting time=stoning time. We enter the house, sit down on sofa, and time for self-entertainment. Greet when you see and than say thanks when you receive
angpaos.
Sometimes I feel guilty towards papa because it seems like I'm 'attitude-ing' his side's relatives. But it's just purely because I can't even find anything to talk about. It's always asking where you study. So next two years it'll still be SP unless I change school.
That day some came to visit our house. The first thing I knew was to hide into my room. It feels less awkward than standing around like an idiot in the living room doing nothing. Even my own house don't feel comfortable.
Then one of them came into my room and 'invite me out'. Super embarrassing OMG!!! My house and I need someone to invite me! Feel like fainting man! Then we sat around the dining table and I started seeing crows flew past. OK imaginary crows. But atmosphere is A.W.K.W.A.R.D.! What to do? So they start asking questions and I started thinking of my 'escape route'.
To no avail, I sat there till they left. It's seriously a very long time. VERY. Maybe around 20 minutes maximum? Argh....
Still it's good chance to bond, I'll say. But it's definitely TOUGH, I feel. Sighs.
