Shakina's birthday

Celebrated Shakina's birthday on Friday, 7 May. First time organizing a class party as DBA 08. Process was fun! A week before we started to spread the word quietly. Initiated by cuiting, we secretly planned the event, pooled the money, made the cards and ordered the cake.
Ordered White Chocolate Macadamia from secret recipe. Shakina loves white chocolate. We requested to write "From 1A08, Happy birthday" on the cake and it turned out pretty! Even better than normal cake shops because they used icings of different colours.
Friday after our break, the lessons that followed coincidentally turned out to be cancelled. Shakina was tricked into going to do their project work while the rest of the class set to collect cake, buy party food and compile the birthday cards. By 3 plus, everything was ready and we arranged for shakina to head to hangout.
Shakina's eyes were covered as she was being led into hangout. She looked shock when her eyes opened and saw the cake in front of her! XD That expression was funny. :D
Overall, liked the class spirit. The first success of organising a class event, I'll never forget. ;)
