Music from Korean Drama Favourites

Attended the Music from Korean Drama Favourites concert at esplanade yesterday night. Host for the night was DJ LiYi. Concert kicked off at 7.30pm with songs from My Girl. Mario & sang the songs accompanied by music from the band, Green Cacao and the Singapore orchestra. Videos of scenes from the drama were also played during the performance.
After three songs, Oh Joonsung flaunted his english by saying "I love Singapore, I love Singaporeans." Other than that, he also said "thank you" and warned that he only knew "little english". In between the concert, there are breaks where Oh Joonsung said those english that cracked the audience up. Chili Crab was also mentioned! XD
When Bobby Kim came out, fans shouted and cheered. Then when singing Heading to the ground OST, Oh Joonsung mentioned "Dong Bang Shin Ki?", "U-know YunHo?" fans cheered up. The funny moment after that, Oh Joonsung asked the audience "should i go?" XD Next when Super Junior was mentioned, the audience cheered even louder. Finally when SHINee was mentioned, the fans cheered the loudest. Amusingly, Oh Joonsung ended off by saying that the boys are his friends!
Highlight of the performance, SHINee entered the stage with cheers from the audience. Everyone practically shouted their seats off when they came on stage. The boys started singing Countdown from Dream OST. The next song was Stand By Me from Boys Over Flowers. These two songs were definitely great! Love Jonghyun’s vocals and Onew’s charm. :D
However, fans immediately left right after SHINee’s performance. Think it’s because they wanted to go right out to queue for their autograph. However leaving while the other singers are still performing is still rude. At least it’s great that some fans still hold out till the end. And these fans earned themselves some credits. Encore stage was Star Tears and Because I’m Stupid from Boys Over Flowers. To the end of the performance, all artistes came out including SHINee. The performers were given flowers and they thanked the audience. The evening was just simply great seeing the boys. :)
After two days of SHINee, i’m just simply contented! XD
